We use site-related information to help maintain accurate accounts, to provide and to change services, to provide accurate billing and shipping, to fulfill product and service requests, to market services and products, and to ensure that our web site is useful.



Data Categories


Use of Personal Information. PVSglobal may gather information about users/clients through use of our web site and services in three ways. First, we may collect and store some personal information (such as first and last name, telephone numbers, physical addresses, and e-mail addresses) that user/client provides for the purposes of facilitating the use of the PVSglobal site and services, handling correspondence, and registering credentials for site access entitlements. Second, we may collect and store information about visits and interactions with our site in collective or aggregated data that does not identify client/user specifically, but is automatically received and recorded by us through the use of "cookies". A cookie is used by our web site to communicate state information to and from client/users browser and the website. The state information can be used for session identification, user preferences, or anything else that can be accomplished through storing text data associated with providing our services. Cookies cannot be programmed, cannot carry viruses, and cannot install malware on computers. Third, while PVSglobal does not intend to collect personal information beyond the data elements required to process a request, the data being collected could contain personally identifiable information that is sensitive in nature. Disclosure


As a general rule, PVSglobal will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties personal information gathered online about client/user. The only exceptions to this rule are: (i) when we work with affiliated businesses, partners, or agents, including but not limited to, domestic and foreign governments, their personnel, agents and contractors, to perform services for client on our behalf or (ii) as may be required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to client or others. In the case of (i) above, we require the relevant businesses, partners, or agents to adhere to our policies regarding the use and protection of client's personal information.

In compliance with the US-EU and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Principles, PVSglobal commits to resolve complaints about privacy and our collection or use of personal information.
