IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE WEBSITE. These Conditions of Use apply to all users, including both users who are simply viewing the Website and users who are purchasing products or services through the Website.

The information available on this website is solely for the use of Service Provider customers. Service Provider reserves the right to block website access and take legal action against any users who is deemed to be accessing the website for illegal or unauthorized use. You acknowledge that Service Provider may terminate your account, remove any data or content that you have provided and/or disable your access to the Website, in whole or part, at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice and with no liability of any kind. In addition, Service Provider may modify or remove any service or functionality included in the Website at any time, with or without notice and with no liability of any kind.

These Conditions of Use, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Service Provider without restriction.

Use of the Web Site is only available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are not 18 years old, you are not authorized to use the Website.

When you use Service Provider send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you via email, messaging, telephone, contracted agent, or non-electronic communication for all purposes related to your or your agents use of the Website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Product and Service Description Service Provider makes every effort to provide the most up-to-date information on the Website. Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that relate to products or services offered. Service Provider does not warrant that statements, definitions, and descriptions are the most current, compete, accurate or error free. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, changes in embassy consular fees, processing procedures, application forms and documentation required for visa and passport issuance. Service Provider is not responsible for such changes or for any loss or delay relating to such changes. You will not hold Service Provider responsible for any and all inaccuracies or mistakes in service descriptions, prices, processing times, processing dates, and other information provided unless otherwise granted. Service Provider reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice including after you have submitted your order.

Product and Services
Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for visa or passport issuance are subject to change without notice. The government agency issuing the visa or passport will make the final determination as to the type of visa or passport, how quickly it will be issued and for what duration it will be issued. The government agency may request additional documentation at their discretion and may also decline issuance of visa(s) or passport(s) without disclosing the reason for denial. Issuing authorities may choose to grant a different type of travel document than requested which may impact the purpose, validity or number of entries permitted. Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased until all the required travel documents for your trip have been secured. Processing time for visas and passports quoted by Service Provider are approximations based on normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. Service Provider will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. Service Provider reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.

Shipping
Service Provider uses FedEx for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise. Service Provider uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by FedEx or another shipping company as instructed by a client. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. Service Provider is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is not in the Service Providers possession or in transit. Service Provider strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages in transit. Service Provider is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages. Service Provider cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.

Transactions on Website
You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed both immediately after online verification takes place as well as in the future as necessary for completing your request. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by Service Provider its subsidiaries and affiliates or by any other vendor or service provider through the Website. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice. Service Provider’s service fees are exclusive of any consular, embassy or administrative charges imposed in connection with securing the requested services and must be paid regardless of the issuance of the visa or passport. Except where the Managed Order service is selected (When Managed Order is selected, Service Provider will secure the fastest processing speed available based on the services you order), Service Provider service fees vary according to the number of business processing days available to procure the service, beginning with the day all necessary and complete documents are received by Service Provider, and conclude on the day before your specified need date. Note, consulate closings and holidays are excluded. Service Provider’s service fees may change without notice.

Refunds
If you cancel a service you may be entitled to a refund. If you have not shipped your passport and other supporting documents and wish to cancel, you may receive a partial or full refund. Once Service Provider submits a travel document request to an issuing authority on your behalf, Service Provider service fees are non-refundable.; however, if the submission has not been made at the time of cancelation you will receive a partial refund equal to the difference of any fees paid, return shipping charges, and a $25 cancellation charge. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Service Provider may not be able to process refunds for credit card payments over 3 months old under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property Rights
Service Provider is a provider of an interactive computer service for purposes of 47 U.S.C. section 230. As such, its liability for others' conduct and information is limited as described therein. Further, Service Provider is a service provider pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Pursuant to the DMCA, if you are a copyright owner and believe that any content on Web Site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND THAT THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT INCLUDED THEREIN, AND SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THEREBY, ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS."
